Please note that you can avail complete refund if the item is:
* Not as described
* Having any materialistic damage
* Technical issues from Modes end such as (size, color etc)
Please note that Return/Delivery charges will be applied if the size issue comes from buyer’s end.
Must Note
Article will be exchanged on cost of Modes if it meets any of above 3 conditions.
Customers should mail the purchase product on their own cost back to our warehouse for exchange (within 7 business days)
Refund Policy
Since Modes offers check before pay service to all of its customers, this makes the purchase easier for everyone and the level of trust/authenticity is maintained.
If your somehow don’t find the product up to the mark, you can initially refuse the order right at your doorways. If any customer somehow accepts the order and doesn’t like the product even after the purchase, a window of refund is open till 7 business days.
Modes is not answerable for any purchase once the period of 7 days are over.
Must Note
Delivery charges are not refundable if the customer want refund for any reason.
Used/Washed products will not be exchanged/refunded.
Modes can only transfer the amount back to the customer once the shoe is received at our warehouse.
How To Place Order
* Modes is exclusively using M&P Couriers nationwide for cash on delivery services. Please note that Modes offers “Check Before Pay Service” to all its customers. You can now open the package before paying to the courier representative.
* Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
* Once our customer care quoted you the sub-total, your order will be confirmed then and there. We don’t do confirmation calls.
